CAE Proposal - The Ideal Workplace
Introduction
Many people find it hard to get used to their workplace. We were asked to write a proposal for an ideal workplace. We conducted a survey in our city and questioned over 50 people about their jobs.
Background Information
After undertaking the research, it was clear that the worst problem is the noise. The interviewed claim that it is very hard to concentrate while mobile phones are permanently ringing and general issues are discussed. That is why many prefer working on their own in separate offices. But the rest of the interviewed pointed out that co-operating with their colleagues maintains their motivation and mood.
Suggestions
Although different workers aspire to different conditions at work in our opinion, any workplace should meet some requirements to achieve overall comfort
- The working place has to be light an bright, so no one would feel claustrophobic
- The noise should be reduced; in this way people will be able to concentrate
- Working as a team will be a strong motivation for everyone
- Refreshments and snacks should be available at any time
Conclusion
If these recommendations are followed, the conditions of any workplace will be improved.
