Proposal - The Ideal Workplace

Introduction

Nowadays a lot of people find it hard to get used to their workplaces. That is why they start disliking and even complaining about them. We were asked to write a proposal for an ideal workplace, which would appeal to everybody's taste. We conducted a survey in our site.

Background Information 

Obviously, everybody has a different preference for their desired workplace. Taking the results of our research into account, we can conclude that some people like working alone, without their colleagues interfering. The rest of the interviewed were found to be the so called "co-operators", who preferred teamwork as a way of achieving their goals.  

Suggestions

The ideal workplace should meet the following criteria:

1. It should be light and large so as not to be an obstacle for all the employees who suffer from claustrophobia. 
2. There should be a possibility for everyone to make their own choice between working alone or in a team.
3. One of the most essential suggestions appeared to be the increase in number of breaks. Thus the level of stress would be reduced.

Conclusion

By implementing these recommendations, we could significantly improve our work environment
