If we compare Shanghai and LA we can discover that the former is superior not only in terms of facilities but also in the overall environment. The advantages of living in a city like Shanghai are apparent. It can provide a safe and peaceful atmosphere, because the crime rate and the traffic congestions are kept within limits. The citizens also enjoy a good infrastructure (especially educational) and can rely on a well-developed system of services. To sum up, if we take into consideration all the factors and the data given, Shanghai is the most attractive among the five cities.
